01. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to The Spice Link ("The Spice Link," "Company," "we," "our," or "us"), a digital media and directory platform owned and operated by M & C Enterprise.

By accessing or using our website (https://thespicelink.com), mobile applications, email newsletters, directory listings, or related digital services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Services and must discontinue use immediately.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

02. Eligibility & Acceptable Use

• Age Requirements: The Services are intended for individuals who are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
• Lawful Conduct: You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not post or transmit any material that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, or fraudulent.

04. Newsletter Subscriptions & Email Terms

By subscribing to any email publication operated by The Spice Link (including "The Island Dispatch"), you explicitly consent to receiving regular editorial updates, media digests, promotional offers, and partner announcements.

05. User-Generated Content & Directory Listings

The Spice Link allows users to submit content, including business directory listings, profiles, article comments, advertising inquiries, and reviews ("User Content").

06. Advertisements & Partner Content

The Spice Link displays third-party advertisements, sponsored newsletter segments, direct partner broadcasts, and commercial directory placements.

• No Endorsement: Inclusion of third-party advertisements, sponsored newsletter items, or directory listings does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, or warranty by M & C Enterprise.
• Transactions: Any interactions, purchases, or agreements between you and third-party advertisers or listed businesses are strictly between you and the respective third party. We are not liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of such dealings.

07. Prohibited Activities

When accessing or using the Services, you agree not to:

• Systematically retrieve content, newsletter archives, or directory data via automated scrapers, spiders, or bots without express written permission.
• Interfere with, disable, or circumvent security-related features of the platform or email distribution engines.
• Impersonate another person, business, or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Upload viruses, Trojan horses, malware, or spamming scripts.
• Use the Services to distribute unauthorized commercial advertising, multi-level marketing schemes, or unsolicited bulk email.

08. Third-Party Websites & External Links

Our website, email newsletters, and directory listings may contain links to external websites or third-party platforms. M & C Enterprise does not control, monitor, or endorse external links and assumes no responsibility for third-party content, privacy policies, or practices.

09. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

In no event shall M & C Enterprise, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless M & C Enterprise, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, and employees from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your User Content, or your breach of these Terms.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Grenada. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts located within Grenada, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict your access to all or part of the Services (including directory access and newsletter delivery) at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users or our business interests, or is otherwise illegal.

13. User Data Deletion Requests

The Spice Link respects your privacy and your right to control your personal information.

If you would like us to delete your personal information, newsletter record, directory listing, or account data associated with your use of The Spice Link, you may submit a request by emailing contact.mccoltd@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request."

Please include the following information in your request:

• Your full name.
• The email address associated with your account, newsletter subscription, or social login.
• Any additional information that will help us identify your account or submission.

Unless we are required to retain certain information for legal, regulatory, fraud prevention, security, or legitimate business purposes, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days of receiving a verified request.
