The Spice Link allows users to submit content, including business directory listings, profiles, article comments, advertising inquiries, and reviews ("User Content").

05. Advertisements & Sponsored Content

The Spice Link displays third-party advertisements, sponsored posts, and commercial directory placements.

• No Endorsement: Inclusion of third-party advertisements or business directory listings does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee by M & C Enterprise.
• Transactions: Any interactions or purchases between you and third-party advertisers or listed businesses are strictly between you and the respective third party. We are not liable for any loss or damage incurred.

06. Prohibited Activities

When accessing or using the Services, you agree not to:

• Systematically retrieve content or data via automated scrapers, spiders, or bots without express permission.
• Interfere with, disable, or circumvent security-related features of the platform.
• Impersonate another person, business, or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
