Grenadian-born strength legend Mark "The Miracle Man" Felix has once again defied age and physical limits by setting a world record in his signature event, the Hercules Hold.
Born in St. George’s, Grenada, the 60-year-old veteran strongman competed at the Giants Live World Tour Finals in Glasgow Scotland. Eduring a brutal 1 minute and 43.81 seconds (1:43.81) holding two massive 200 kg (441 lb) pillars.
The Hercules Hold—one of the most grueling tests of grip strength and upper-body endurance in strongman history—requires athletes to hold two heavy pillars connected by handles and chains to prevent them from falling outward.
Renowned globally for his massive 13-inch hand span and crushing grip strength, Felix has dominated the Hercules Hold for over a decade.
Felix, who started competing in professional strongman at 37, continues to set world-class standards in the master's category, bringing immense pride to Grenada and fans across the world.
