The Forestry Department of the Ministry of Agriculture, Lands & Forestry has issued a public notice confirming that the official hunting season is now open across Grenada.
The legal hunting period commenced on October 1st and will run through December 31st, 2026. During this three-month period, licensed hunters and wildlife personnels are permitted to hunt designated game species in accordance with national forestry guidelines and wildlife conservation regulations.
The Ministry urges all hunters to adhere strictly to established game laws, safety practices, and environmental regulations throughout the open period to support sustainable wildlife management.
